Proxima, my new cheapie.

Post by svaglic » March 10th 2019, 7:28am

I saw this on ebay for 200. I googled it and there was a post on WIT where RW put up a link for one at 130, so I got it.
It said it had a stainless insert and I was going to tinker with a Dagaz Soxa insert and dial and use this dial in another mod. It does not have a stainless insert, it has a solid bezel, so it blew that plan.
So far my mods have been nothing more than destroying everything I touch, I need cheap watches to continue on my path.

So I need a new plan for this one, I’m not sure what I’m going to do at this point. I guess find a watch for this dial and see how it turns out. I do like the dial, although it isn’t worth 130.

Yeah, me too.
WatchGeeks will go down in watch forum history as the worst watch related site that existed. Trolls, threats, bannings, and owners and sponsors talking out of their collective asses to fleece people out of hard earned money. - Koimaster
