Glashütte Original SeaQ Chronograph

You gotta be blind or an idiot to not appreciate this watch.

The SeaQ makes use of a galvanic silver backdrop, enabling a greater contrast than traditional white dials by reducing the dispersion of light. Powering the SeaQ Chronograph is the in-house Calibre 37-23 automatic movement, capable of a 70-hour power reserve. This finely finished movement features a silicon balance spring to ensure optimal performance in the face of magnetic fields and temperature fluctuations, while the flyback chronograph function allows for precise short-time measurements.

And, it measures a manly 43.2mm diameter and has enough fiddly knobs to warrant its ‘if you gotta ask, you can’t afford it’ price tag.

It's just too fancy for a dive watch. It's for posing. It's stupid.
It sure is purdy, though.
Nah, not my cuppa.

Meh. But then I am partially blind and a total idiot.

The numeric font on the dial feels wrong somehow...esp so close to the big date. I agree with Cod that the blue is the best.
Meritocracy: the privilege, wealth and advancement of those who chose their parents wisely.
Capitalism: a cult that promised to do good for the worst reasons.
Nationalism: a profound longing to go back to a past that never existed.
