I used to own a Marathon and I have to say it was one strong watch, so i expect the quality is there. Looks are subjective, but it's pretty legible and I'm betting it's comfortable.

It's not bad looking, the size is right. The price doesn't seem out of line until you consider it uses a $25 movement. The ten dollar (generous guess) strap doesn't add much value either. The tritium tubes are likely the most expensive component in this bad boi.
