.
Nice they have produced a new & original looking watch.
Should make one proud to own such a unique timepiece from this innovating company.

I never did buy the Ti GMT. Still regret it, it's still good value, but I was a bit put off when they put prices up a while back. They turn out good solid watches for people who want an auto and refinement of finish is not the highest priority.

Have owned several over the years. Well made and cost effective. But in the end, they were all sent away - as jason notes not particularly refined. But Iwouldn't discourage anyone from buying it.

Re: Steinhart Ocean One 39 Green Ceramic
I had one of the GMT knockoffs--err, I mean homages--back in the old BDWF days, when Steinhart was called Debaufre in the US. It was a pretty nice watch, apart from being a carbon copy of the GMT-Master. One day at work I was wearing it, and a customer commented, "that's a nice Rolex." I replied that it was a Debaufre, and the look of disappointment the guy gave me really nailed things home. I sold it along not too long afterwards.
Still, a nice watch, particularly for the price, and quite accurate, as I recall.

There's several of the Ti-GMT-Premium-500-Whatever-They're-Calleds on Chrono24, used, for several hundred more than BNIB. Actually, this is a post for Things I can't Fucking Stand.

They've historically been good value, and while currently somewhat less so, QC has held up and therefore still makes them a good buy IMHO.
