I like these adult Swatch watches but the price is a bit steep; as 3flushes already said. I like all of the color variations but like flushes, I'd opt for the yellow one if the price was south of $1k.

I don't think the 70's version used fiberglass because it was light, they used it because it was cheap. Chevy built not only the Corvette but also the Cameo back in the 1950's out of fiberglass. Carbon resin cases with rubber straps aren't high tech or expensive but the movement is nice.

That all rubber strap is a bit worrisome; what are the replacement straps costing?

* I mentioned the Cameo because there is one slowly rotting in a barn that I often ride past on my bicycle. Owner refuses all offers, claims he will rebuild it "one day soon". Been sitting there for decades.

The black Tissot would be cool on a black fabric or rubber strap. The case is sweet, dial and hands are funky. But yeah the straps are Julian Clary.

The Timex is a lady's watch, not sure why we're commenting on it?

The Sideral was cool in some ways, notably it was innovative in terms of the case material. Problem with it is that it's very...seasonal. I mean, it's a summer watch, and that's it. Not exactly something one would wear on a daily basis.

Well, it's a summer watch on Fire Island, anyway.

Interestingly, I've decided that these are, actually, not completely ghey. I would like to strap one of these over my ball sack and dance around whilst wearing a pair of ass-less chaps.

Also, am I the only one who thinks the Powermatic 60 is totally ghey? I mean, if I want a three Hz movement Seiko has me covered. Goddamn it.

The Powermatic 60 was probably designed by Julian Clary.
I had to google Mr. Clary. Now I've made him my avatar!!
That's a very tame Julian - he must have mellowed right out with old age. This is the Julian I remember from my youth with such fondness:

I hate to throw a wet boa on all the gaiety over the PM 60, but these Tissots, as indicated on the dial, are sporting the 80. I believe the 60 is a Hammy hand cranker, so to speak, the Mido 60, an auto chrono. PM 60- I dunno.
