So did I, just for shits and giggles and already got a response. Don't know if I will pursue.... They are looking for class representatives.
I did too. I probably will because I have all my Shop and direct manufacturer receipts.

I worry about the website though for the attorney, my phone says it is not safe.

I got the same message about the site. I did google the attorney and he appears to be active in California, having passed the bar in 2021. I never saved any receipts but I still own some Invicters

Yep. That aligns with my research.

... passed the bar in 2021.
Bought 100 or so Invickters up until the 2010s, many crapped out, full of furious rage and fury, did a law degree, passed the bar 2021... Checks out.

Well, the law office is just collecting lists of potential claimants. That's low level junior lawyer stuff. The lists get passed up to the "real" law firm with the high powered law team that really knows how to litigate this for years.

In the end, the lawyers make bank; the injured parties get a $25 gift card good on their next purchase of an Invikta.

Appears so. I’d pass on giving any personal info.

Interestingly, we've been publishing the truth about Invicter for, I dunno, about the last one hundred and fifty fucking years. If a bunch of clowns decided to buy an Invicter without checking our many posts on the subject over this time, they can go fuck themselves. I think Eyal can light a cigar with one of their hundred doller bills GODAM it.

So what's the real price? Their store in Orlando.

Advertising a price as heavily discounted from a fictitious retail price is actionable in theory but I don't know that it's ever actually worked. But my Google-fu is weak this day. Only thing I could find was a 2013 suit against Kohl's and I have no clue how it resolved after the 9th circuit breathed life into it.

Sounds just like the mind of Invicter. I'd estimate the odds about the same as winning powerball. One would almost assume that if such suits won more than once a century the practice would be less common than it remains. It probably isn't encouraging that the 2013 Kohl's issue was the closest thing to current when Forbes ran their little expose in 2018.
