Great God almighty, what a bunch of scumbags. Always have been, always will be. And somebody should hire Bugs Bunny to saw Florida into the Atlantic Ocean ("South America, take it away!").

Good lord, I just read that whole document. Wow, what "punishment" - I wonder if Moody swallowed when she finished.

The AVC predates the election of Ms. Moody by two years. It was actually under Bondi.

And, in an uncharacteristic attempt on my part to be fair, it should be noted that the response to the Florida AG's request for input was at best anemic. It would have worked far better if the fans weren't remaining silent and / or the detractors had kept better records and were more numerous.

An AG can only work with what they have but none of it is on Moody's doorstep. Not that I'm defending the comely Ms. Moody - to be honest I didn't even know who our new AG was until now.
And the fact I'm still living rent free in his head makes me grin and giggle.

Yup. He probably had to give up a weekend with Ukrainian whores and blow to write that check.

I like to entertain the notion that injecting a copy of the AVC into random threads elsewhere causes Eyal some minor loss of income.

Probably delusional but I do so from time to time anyway - especially when the context resembles "Eyal has not lost any suit the haters allude to". It may not have cost very much nor is it properly a "lawsuit" but it is a formal declaration of having fucked customers - as such it is shiny and unique in the Lalo history.
