Even the claim of "only companies" can't stand up to scrutiny, because IWG pulls every product claim they make right out of their asses because nobody there seems to be professional enough to even fact check before the BS starts flowing.

I thought about buying one of those Meteorite watches for $345.00 but now I don't know if those are real or fake?

I've already offered up mine for the slaughter.
Read the thread before you post.

How do you propose to test it?

I've been in touch w/Koi, he has a contact or two. One, a gemologist from the Sandstone Debacle. Once he finds one that can correctly identify the material we'll send it in for testing.

Well the MOP dial was tested by smashing it to little bits which were then set on fire with a kitchen match.

The sandstone was sent to a gemologist.

Must be the rocks he captured with his Inshitas that went to space couple weeks ago.

Stuhrling Original is selling a watch which they actually advertise as using muonionalusta meteorite.

Beneath a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a round grey Muonionalusta meteorite dial features Roman numerals at all hour positions except 6:00. Giving you another glimpse at the mechanics, a tourbillon cage prominently sits at 6:00. Hour and minute hands deliver the time in style. Numerals and hands coordinate with your choice of a gold-tone or rose-tone case, and appear in blue with a silver-tone case

Did it have flame fusion protecting the gibeon?

I'd bet the gibeon is more likely to be gibeon than the flame fusion is some magical combination of amorphous and crystalline substances.

I'll volunteer to chip in on the flame fusion anal y sis. Provided I'm not expected to talk like geeknomo subsequently.

Nice. You guys continue to be my heroes in this hobby. Real nice.
