the *General* idea is

seiko sxk171 dial
seiko samurail or marine master hands
seiko skx007 bezel insert



the watch needs to be in decent shape
and will have to be shipped to canada

PS: US resident, selling to Canada is about 10-15$ by USPS, its a REALLY easy process
