I think I’m going to grab this as opposed to the Sobrinos. The Sobrinos lugs of 53mm L to L is too crazy for me. I just need a good pice on a used one. The hunt and chase is on.

Hajime Asaoka's makes watches in his workshop, they have a $50,000 price for his handmade watches. Apparently he has started Kurono Tokyo watches with prices of $2,000.00-5,000.00. This is much more my speed.

Nice salmon dial. I like the hands, too.

Price is too high.
I’m not crazy about the price either, but I’m looking at it like ground floor Nomos before the prices went up. A watch from Hajime Asaoka is kind of a big deal.
Plus when I get one it will take my mind off of the beautiful Sobrinos salmon Flameante dial with the stupid 53mm lug to lug length.
