Excellent review, Raul. I have owned many, many watches, including many Seikos. I've never worn them, however, as I couldn't work out how to fasten them to my wrist. Now I know. Many thanks.

Sari to here the second hand doesnt have its own individule hand------- because of that, I'm out.

We are indeed a welcoming lot over here but we might benefit from seeing that introduction in its native language and handling the translation on our own.

It’s great that the hour and minute hands are each assigned their own hand but that implies the existence of a watch that uses the same hand for both functions. I believe Invicta holds the design copyright for watches that are missing one or the other hands and I don’t much care for them.

I have a fondness for the 4R36 due in part to having an ex-sister-in-law in Malaysia that may have had a hand in its construction. Both she and the 4R36 are real workhorses. I’ve had several (the movement, not the relative).

It’s also gratifying to see that you have not gone down the road less traveled by requiring three dials to tell the time. A wise decision as it avoids the risk of infringing another Invicta exclusive.

That Seiko the OP posted really stirs my junk. Honestly. I have to go into the bathroom and rub one out over here.

How did you get into the business? Did it start as a hobby and then blossomed from your wholesale Seiko connections?

We’re actually interested in your story as it relates to watches - perhaps even more than the watches themselves.

But, you know, it’s considered bad form to just show up and sell shit…. There is a Watches for Sale section on the forum here as well, and that would be a better place for commercial links to your website - since you are clearly selling them.

I will say - I had been eyeing this exact model on the FleaBay so I did actually click on your link. With the 5% discount you had promoted your prices including fee shipping appear to be very fair. Perhaps not the lowest price, but within a close enough range that I’m wondering…
