I am Pierre, 35 from Sweden. I am the founder and designer behind ALATO Watches. I am here to spread awareness of who I am, and what I do.
Well actually, you are here to sell your watches. Prove my wrong by continued support and contributions here. Honestly this thread should be moved to Dealer Sales.

Jesuschrist robatsu- I think you've broken the forum record (also set by you) with ten posts in a single page thread of 25 posts.

Hi Pierre. Construction is still booming in Australia if you feel like a 'working holiday'.
I used my working holiday visa in 2009 I believe. Only applicable once in a life-time I think.. I didnt really work though.. decided to drink beer and have fun instead ;) Will never forget "Cheeky Monkey Bar" on Surfers paradise.. :D
Hahaha! Yeah, I didn't get much work done in Australia when I was 21, either!

Good luck with the watch, it's really cool. Unlike almost every other micro you're bringing something new and worthwhile to the market. If the Aussie dollar was worth anything I'd consider it but at the moment even cheap watches become substantial purchases for us.

BTW how is the case made? Is it a forged/stamped piece that is then machined? Molded? Something else?
Thank you for noticing. Each part is unique, specially produced in molds created after my CAD designs. I understand, times are tough for a lot of us - with the interest rates higher than in 15 years..

The case is made in 3 steps. First die cast molds are created to ensure all cases are identical. These molds then produce "raw cases" with rough edges and the basic shape of the final product. Next, the raw cases go through CNC machining, which is efficient and mostly automated by inputting technical drawings into computers. So basically a press of a button. After machining, the cases are manually polished, which is a very time-consuming process.

Thanks, that's great info.
