Hamilton pendant watch. Probably for a large mouse, small dog, or a nurse.
Sterling. 735 movement. Very clean and legible. Seems to keep great time. Picked it up in England for a song.

Nice! With that dial, I would guess a nurse's watch. Or one for a midget little person doctor.
