The 3f library has two different tables for dating Zenith movements. One dates it squarely in 1915, the other between 1913 and 1914. The latter appears to be from Zenith but I'm not sure of it. AFAIK, the serial number of the movement is of no use to determine the year the watch was manufactured — according to the source of the tables, Zenith often sat on movement stock for as long as 20 years before using them.
