Ardio is based in Pennsylvania, USA and while they don't build their own watches, they say they regulate them when they get them back in the USA. Hi-Beat Miyota 9039 with double domed Sapphire crystal with anti reflective coating. Plenty of some blue superluminova BGW9, leather strap and tropic rubber strap, case, spring bar tool.

And like seemingly every other watch issue, these are "limited edition" with only 300 of each being made.

One thing I noticed was the dreaded "strap gap" between the case and strap.

I do like the dials; nice hands, unusual indices, and the lume is good:

I don't hate them! I wish they were ETA movements.

Cod will appreciate the Tiffany blue dial.

I really like the crystal and case, all-brushed looks great, like the different bezel design, the glossy paint in the engravings. Not a fan of the indices, however, and their modern design (and that of the watch overall) clashes with the antiquey hands IMO.

Something about these make my butthole twitch. And, I'm fresh outta Cabriole table legs over here.

Codguy and I had dinner together last Saturday after the NW Aviation Conference in Puyallup . He didn't wear that shirt, thankfully. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
