Circula

Long Island is selling Circula watches. Pricey but supposedly made in Germany and family-owned since the 50s. I like that a lot, if true. Some of their watches look good to me:

Pro Trail. Hardened, anti-magnetic, steel field watch with "slightly curved" sapphire and elabore SW200 on a fabric strap for 831 Euro-dollars:

DiveSport Titanium. Hardened grade 2 Ti case, "slightly curved" sapphire, elabore SW200, on rubber for 907 Euro-dollars:

They do a real super compressor as well:

Circula watches seem to be suitable for use at the Hellfire Club, as evidenced by the model wearing them with a gimp-glove. You Yanks could buy them from Mark if you can't be bothered with the eurotrash-dollar conversion:

Yup, they're clearly thinking about what they're doing. The divesport (22 date) looks really good to me.

I kind of like the first two. Some nice design elements and the hardened cases are nice. Not a fan of the oversized sword hand sets in general.

None of these excite me. Make that compressor SuperSport model in titanium and offer on Ti bracelet on the other hand---------

Oversized sword hands should be relegated to cheap $100 Seiko mods (and worn on someone else's wrist) imo, they all make the same lousy impression on me regardless of whom makes em and price.
