Luna One

Post by koimaster » August 2nd 2019, 10:01pm

THE BACKGROUND

The Luna One design began back in late 2017 as a personal, one-off project that resulted in two prototype watches. The positive feedback received off of the back of this project led to a desire and drive to further evolve the Luna One aesthetic and delve further into the world of watch design.

We wanted our new project to represent the brand's ethos and to evoke a feeling of design harmony, fusing the concept of luxury form and high function with industrial sensibilities; that's why LPW Watch Co has fully devoted its efforts into the creation and evolution of the Luna One dive watch. In order to achieve the desired result, the design focuses deeply on the use of bold, monochromatic colours and the study of careful and purposeful lines and structure. Designed with the spirit of vintage dive watches of the 1970s in mind, the Luna One offers a high level of water resistance, bright luminescence, and bold legibility.

So, in other words, you haven't made the fucking thing yet. There's some confidence for the consumer. Here's a fucking idea--produce the watch, then advertise it. Also, the watch looks like fucking shit. So, instead of launching the fucking thing, go fuck yourselves in the ear, you fucking twats.

Fuck the hell off.
My little brain can't even comprehend how deep that is.

If this watch would actually exist outside renders, it'd actually not be half bad. I mean, 40mm, fully indexed and fully lumed bezel... These don't sound like the hallmarks of a pile of rubbish.

Sadly, as it is yet another instance of a potty microbrand from the skid row of the watch industry, panhandling at Kickstarter for funds for a watch that doesn't even exist, I fully agree with Mr. Conjurer that they can go fuck themselves.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.

I'd send them all an animated gif of Ron Jeremy sucking his own cock.
