New STEINHART Ocean 39 GMT Premium 500 for $680.00..

Post by Thunder1 » February 25th 2019, 10:28am

New STEINHART Ocean 39 GMT Premium 500 for $680.00..well, it looks like STEINHART has upped their game on 2 fronts..1)making a wider use of a nicer grade of the ETA 2893 movement, and 2)finally using a ceramic bezel insert that is easy to read and not too glossy...

The STEINHART Ocean 39 GMT Premium 500 is our contemporary interpretation of a divers watch classic par excellence and comes up with many remarkable details, such as the extremely robust stainless steel 316L case. Additionally, it has a from the inside double anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal, which is framed by the unidirectional rotating diving bezel with its glossy black and blue ceramic inlay whose engraved markings were generously equipped with luminous material.

This also applies to the pointer and the dial, whose light blue accents emphasize discretely the character of this modern sports watch. Inside the Steinhart OCEAN 39 GMT Premium 500 the movement 2893-2 premium of the Swiss company ETA performs its extremely precise service. The beautifully decorated movement is visible through a sapphire - crystal bottom. Whether on a stainless steel -, synthetic- or leather band, the STEINHART Ocean 39 GMT Premium 500 always leaves a cool impression, a must for every watch fan.

Overall, the Steinhart Ocean 39 GMT Premium 500 exhibits exceptional value. And is suitable for those who thinks the 42mm Titanium 500 is too big for comfort. The smaller size makes the Ocean 39 GMT Premium 500 fit on smaller wrist including ladies wrist incredibly comfortable. For the rather affordable price, you get a Swiss Made watch with a decorated ETA2893-2 movement, a full 316L stainless steel 500m diver watch with SEL bracelet and an overall well finished sturdy watch. This was before not achievable until Steinhart arrived and also probably the reason why Steinhart has quite a huge following although only been around for only 15 years.

Gotta agree.
WatchGeeks will go down in watch forum history as the worst watch related site that existed. Trolls, threats, bannings, and owners and sponsors talking out of their collective asses to fleece people out of hard earned money. - Koimaster

I could live with that one although not a fan of the blue.

Just wait upon future releases..
