Policy room - Updated April 2020

Post by koimaster » July 19th 2013, 4:05pm

Please keep threads that are political in the policy room. The policy room is not for the snowflakes or easily butt hurt folks. Political discussions are hardball with all sides giving it their best shot.

Over the years I have found that some of those with the biggest mouths (in a manner of speaking) have the thinnest skins. Any and all viewpoints are welcome but be prepared to defend your positions with facts, links and not just memes.

If you want access to give it a try, ask me but I also hope that those who get into these type of discussions do not take any hard feelings (if you get some) out of the political forum and into the regular site.

Politics are to be discussed ONLY in the policy room, not in the general forum where the public can see the threads. That is why we have a sub forum for politics.

If you want to discuss politics or religion ask for access to that forum.

I need to know who can see the political threads aka the policy room. Only a few members should have access to it.

When I merged two forums into the policy room some may have been able to see it but I need to make certain it is isolated.

Ohhh, man!
NRPI here.

I find tv watches to be like the guys who raise their truck you need a fricken ladder to get in. It’s a attempt to look cool... that’s all.

Interestingly enough-or maybe not. I went over to the Mall area before the meeting yesterday afternoon. Last time I was there they had a Barnes & Noble. Since I didn't want to deal with traffic anymore, I had planned on spending an hour browsing there and messing up the restroom before we met at Hooters. In testament to the downward spiral of our civilization, the B&N is gone-replaced by a Ross Dress for Less. As I came to terms with my misfortune I did have the opportunity to spend several minutes watching a lady try to stuff a full patio furniture set into the back of her Prius. I don't know how the whole saga ended as I left before she was able to shoehorn it all in.
See you're WRONG I don't work at all, I'm a Democrat. The immortal Horse Feathers as spoken to Chucky Ninetoes.

This is sig material right there.

Interestingly, I was somewhat, err, impacted over the last few days. I took a couple extra fiber pills last night before sleepy-time and this morning I was able to pass a dukey the size of a fucking sequoia trunk. Needless to say, I'm in fine fettle and good spirits today.
