Just as Britney sung, I've done it again. I bought another watch. It is in an oyster case and I've been after one for some time. The dials on these, as many 70's dials in oyster cases, are hard to find in good shape.

Anyhow, it is a Tudor 7020/0. I really wanted the blue dial. It is a rare reference with a dive bezel. It is literally the mullet of watches. All business with day and date functions in the board room and still likes to party with the dive bezel.

"After I blow off this meeting, I'm going swimming or surfing."




For those of you with manly 9" wrists, whonare used to wearing 68mm watches, this is the jumbo one with modern 39mm sports case size v the 36mm ones.







I've been watching this one for some time as the price dropped. It was on a popular interwebs auction site. They had a 1x use, up to $500, 10% off coupon on luxury watches.

It is off to the authenticator.

I need another watch like another hole in my head, but.... I am excited and ready to party.
