New Omega from St. Thomas
Just got back off a 7 day cruise on Princess Cruise Line's Regal Princess. Went to St. Thomas, St. Marteen and their "private island" Princess Cay in the Bahamas. The watch shops on St. Thomas and St. Marteen are numerous, with virtually all brands available, although I only saw Invictas (in ginormous sizes with plenty of bolts, cables, etc.) on a few older gentlemen on the ship, but not in many stores.
Two years ago I bought a two-tone Omega Seamaster chrono at Little Switzerland in St. Thomas while staying on St. John. I told my wife that really the only iconic watch I'd like to add back to my collection (I sold my Speedmaster Reduced; too small) would be another Speedmaster. My wife saw this one while I was looking at another, and it came home with us.
My friend bought a Breitling at the same time.
No review (100 meter W/R, lume ok, dual deployant clasp (not my preference but 1/2 links saved the day, beautiful presentation box, full warranty), but here are some pictures.
