NWA: GS SBGA231 diver
This is a looker. I like it much more than the steel version. The touch of gold on the dial pops. And of course being titanium it is lighter. Still one of the worst clasps ever, but the bracelet does feel better on this than the steel version. Of course the spring drive is smooth. My wife saw it and said "wow that's nice, that's a keeper".

Whoa, your wife is a keeper.
Along with that watch; very nice!

That just looks perfect on your wrist.
In memory of TB/Phfluff, since he isn’t here to continue to give his praise, I will share it for him.

Those are awesome, never had the pleasure of owning one (yet)
And yeah the bit of gold on this one is extremely attractive
Seiko does the titanium divers so well. The shogun is in a different category of comfort then typical steel diver imo
But it’s remained a minoritarian thing.
Those are totally classic

This is a case where the new logo GS model looks markedly nicer than the old logo version.
That really looks tight and better composed than this

I was on the fence about buying one of these in the old logo days, eventually talked myself off the ledge but if they had looked like the new logo one no way, that really brings it together on this model

The rich man’s shogun, for lack of a better characterization and one of the all time greats from the old GS days made even better by passage of time
