Going to compare it against my Maranez and review them both. First thing that caught my attention?

Arrived DHL yesterday. Ordered on the 4/4/22. Only 8 days without expedited shipping. Package was well packed aside from the watch container.

Does Walca make these?
You'd be frustrated if you were Doxa and Walca started doing these...but the idea they do makes me smile

Nice.
I've been out of touch for a while so haven't seen this brand.
I'm tempted to order the same one.

Looked at the website. $179, supposedly down from $299. Is that like the permanent discount every day?
Hmm. slightly lower price on Aliexpress. Probably normal price.

I didn’t like my Seestern, I preferred the frog for the dial with applied indices and a better fit. On my wrist, the frog was comfortable and the Seestern was top heavy. That was v1 on both though, maybe v2 has a different fit, but the frog still has a better dial in my opinion. I don’t care for the painted on lume the Seestern has, I like the actual indices.

Thinking of selling my orange Maranez (not a bright enough orange for me) and buying a Seestern to compare. My silver Maranez is a keeper.

Finally sized mine. Love the fact the links have screw in pins. Overall a very solid watch. Fits nicely on my 7.5” wrist. Fast delivery via DHL. Great watch for under $200
