Yacht keeper.

Pretty sure that has red text or a red seconds hand?
GMT hand is red.

Nice.... Lots of miles on that one.
Congrats!
It will allow me to get over being paranoid about scratching my watches. I plan to wear this watch with long sleeves, sweaters, and coats. I am going to sleep wearing it. I will sit it down carefully on concrete (like I used to with my 1680) or other surfaces.

I will continue to use it like it was intended to be worn.

The Fastrider isn't new. I've had it a year. I've only wore it once. I like it.

The new watch is the Explorer II. I'll have it soon after service is complete. It's first service. Leaving case and bracelet scratched to hell.

Really nice. I have to say i thought I had it with the JLC. Anyway, there has to be a story about how/why it looks like it does. Who DOES that to a Rolex? What the heck happened? How did you come upon it? Have you cleaned it up yet and is it getting serviced? Inquiring minds and all that.
My jeweler gives me first crack at what he takes in. I've purchased probably 20 watches from him. I greatly appreciate him. He send me pictures, I pull the trigger, I wait.

It is a one owner watch worn each and every day with no thought of treating it as jewelry. Using it as the tool watch it is intended to be.
