NAWCC - National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors

I would highly recommend this group to members here and elsewhere. I have been a member for many years just for the publications and horology reference material.

I'm a member of Chapter 27 myself.

Their members only forum is chock full of guys that can ID nearly any vintage watch.

Roland Ranfft of pink pages fame is a member there.

I joined years ago and lasted a year. I went to a couple of their "meets" and saw a fine collection of junk and overpriced watches. The publications were too scholarly for my simple mind.

I see a lot of nice vintage American pieces at my meets. I am very close to Lancaster, PA though.

Too expensive for what you get.
I might agree but they do have some decent free resources you can tap.
