Both Jomashop and Ashford are still indicating that free and expidited shipping is availabe. All my orders from them have shipped from NY or NJ,both of which are on "lockdown".
I can't imagine that their warehouses are considered essential services although many WIS will agree.

They said free but they didnt say when. I dont know about expedited in this day and age.

This shows right now on their site and when I go to checkout I can get "guaranteed" delivery by Tuesday 3/24. Just an example-I'm not buying.

I bought some stuff for my wife on Ebay and Amazon yesterday. Ebay already shipped one order and all 3 orders were to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

I Know that Amazon probably is exempt and considered to be essential but I'm assuming that smaller sellers might be bound by indivdiual rules depending on their particular states restrictions.
