I agree with Jim. The claims of 36,000 High Beat movement costing more than a Valjoux 7750 IMO points me in the direction that an attempt at a scam was going on.

There is an on-going FTC investigation in regards to Invicta. I filed the original complaint against them with the FTC and US Customs.

I never got an email explaining why I was banned.
