NE78A Detail Specs Calcifications and Updates
Clarifications and Updates to the NEW SII Caliber NE78A:

The movement has a 28,800 VPH Frequency, same as the Valjoux 7750 and not 36,000, we will adjust all Specs relating to this movement. All NE78A calibers are made in JAPAN. This caliber does have a 45 hour power reserve. The watch (mainspring) is fully wound by turning the crown 55 times. If you plan to use a watch winder for this model, the rotary speed can be set at 30rpm, and will be fully charged within 60 minutes. Watch does contain 34 Jewels.

Thank you, Team Invicta

Just simply amazing, yet another thing the Geeks will openly accept as an honest mistake.

Ya know this brings something else to mind about Invicta and there also latest releases of the SW500 movement along with the SII NE78A. They played it as they were somebody big and special in the industry because they were the first to use and release these movements but they never told anyone that many will be displaying watches with those movements in them at Basel but ... Invicta was first with the NH78A and they were totally wrong in the specs. I wonder what is wrong with the SW500 they have yet to tell anyone about.

That's cool. Thanks for the update.
Where did the confusion of 36,000 VPH originate anyway?

Too bad one of those top 10% master mechanics didn't bother to regulate a single one of these movements, that would have revealed the true frequency.

Another bit of evidence that these watches are nothing but off the shelf parts kits.

JtN,

Agreed. Remember MD thumping his chest over the 35,454th version of a Lupah with the SW500 in it? That's not ETA, son, that's a fucking cheaper movement, you low rent shill. And their movements are getting cheesier by the moment, because they're gonna do the on-air con job that buying something lesser is somehow just as good. I bet in the future the only Etta associated with IWG will be if Ms. James sports an ugly watch while crooning "At Last."

Remember that, little WGs, and repeat this after me: Buying an IWG product is settling for something that's not as good. Always has been, always will be. But a-wipes who wear 65mm monstrosities sold by the pound don't have the acumen to think in those terms in the first place.

As for the rest of the free world, well, just picture Mr. 85mm or Chiefola wearing a fucking Sea Hunter and then decide if those are the looks you wanna emulate.

Thought so.

From Seiko which is what I posted once before. But assembly is not in Japan, it is China or Malaysia. Also this is an OEM movement made for customers, not a standard movement according to all of the responses I received from both Seiko and SII

all parts of our mechanical movements, including mainsprings and hairsprings, are produced in-house in the SII facilities.

You guys are just Haterz. You need to start recognizing that Invicta is a force to be reckoned with. Eyal is a Horological genius, and Turdling is the techinical guru that blends it all together. The bottom line is that true WIS don't care whether it's 28,800 vph or 36,000, they know Invicta is solid with their extended warranty coupled with their outstanding CS is a no brainer.
