DAMN. I forgot how awkward that thing looked when it first burst onto the scene at shop. If you can get the meaty-ore version, too, that'd be like owning TWO Edsels, only not as much fun. Or value. Or prestige. Or whatever... :albino:

Preserve that bad boy, like the first McDonald's Big Mac or Space Food Sticks or another relic from days gone by.

I mean, nobody would believe it ...except there it is.

I will post the response invicta sent when I get back tonight. The complaint was 37 pages long with photos videos and reports.

OMG, I remember those! They SUCKED! (except for the peanut butter ones) They were sort of like powerbars, but didn't rip off your crowns or fillings...

The response from Invicta to 30 some odd pages outling their deceptions. By the way, I love how they avoided commenting on anything EXCEPT, the movement of the classiique which was not an issue. The movement issues were related to having SWISS on the dials of watches with chinese movements. Classic Invicta.

Typical non-answer, though I don't think anyone expects them to admit to something that might imply wrong doing on their part.

I really hope the government pursues this and smacks them down, and the documents are publicly available.
I get so tired of the fanboys regurgitating Invicta's sales hype, like it were fact, and stating that Invicta doesn't do anything that the "big" watch companies don't do - They just do it for less!

You have to wonder what would happen if IWG made a product that caused cancer or was otherwise somehow harmful to the wearer. It seems that, as long as the only things being lost are a few hundred bucks here or there, no one's going to give them--or any of the other truth-stretchers--the ass-poking they deserve.

Ahhh ... always good to relive past IWG BS, particularly after their semi-quarterly Florida BS Jam Bore Eee.

I loved when he tested a dial by smashing it to bits then setting the remnants on fire with a kitchen match. The results were inconclusive, if I recall.
