I would venture to say that those who bought these watches are probably happy with them and don't want a refund - even if they know deep down inside they got hosed. LOL!

It is sad but I think you are right and a good number will do exactly as you say and go even further with posts and talks with friends stating how different and cool this watch is. Also, it is human nature to go into a denial mode when something bad happens. And this kind of B-Fkng is, really bad. But not all will stick by the brand. There will be some that are new to Invicta and will be the "burn me twice, it's my fault" group and they will cut and run, never to return. There will be others that wanted to believe ad did believe in those frauds and after being lied to over and over, will not cut and run.
Remember, there are (self included) a bunch of former Invicta fans in here. No less than two former moderators and at least a half dozen more that were not bashing the brand years ago. There is probably more than that, I just can only pick out the ones I knew from that other forum. So, just like we wised up, so will many, not all, but many. Today's Invicta freaks have an advantage that we certainly did not have. We did not have tons of former Invicta fans screaming, "get out of the road! That bid f-kng yellow truck is going to run over your ass! There were a few that tried. But a lot of us were kind of new at this thing and we looked at it like, "shit, this guy paid $12K for his watch used and I paid $250 for mine new, with a 5 year warranty" And of course we smiled as we thought, "and mine looks exactly like his, ha, ha, ha." But when we speak out it is not "others from over there" but those that supported Invicta strongly! Going even further, we did not have people doing like Koi, researching this shit and Boscoe calling the CEO out with a $1,000 bounty for that CEO to prove that he was not lying to people. I know I am leaving other people out that have done as much but these are the two that I have seen the mot of at this in my limited time amount you all.
I retired as a service tech after 38 years from a small company known as AT&T. I can tell you guys, do not let up! They may act like they are covered in teflon when you see them on TV but exposing this kind of shit makes even the largest corporations shutter to the marrow of their bones. They will not be able to continue to survive having these kind of practices exposed and over again. That of course is a good thing. But, I am realistic and can see a bad thing also.
What I think will happen in the end. No one will be fined or go to jail as they should. After the perception of the brand is effected by the facts and sales plummet. Invicta will go away. Then after a pause in time, a new company will emerge with similar tactics and promises and a new CEO (face) and all knew marketing. Under the cover, it will be the same beast. If not that and not as likely, a huge take over and salvation of the brand by someone else or some group. Again, all new names and faces up front. Then there will be another few years of bilking. When a Flem flam man works a small town and dries it up, he hits the road for a new town where he is not known. In a larger city, he rapes a group with others working in his operation and after he milks that cow to death, he pulls in new people and starts another scam. This shit is not new!
Koi, Boscoe, Rusty, Froghorn, (the longer I write the more names come to mind, lol) and the many others I can not think to mention right now and the others I do not know. Keep it up. The blows are telling and if you do, they will never make it to the final round. But sadly, I do think they will find another arena or return to the same arena as a different contestant.
