SANDSTONE PICS-update, it is thin glass-put a match to it
Well here are the pics, hope they all fit. My camera couldnt get as close as would like but I think you will get the idea. Sandstone???? I think not. It appears to be hard, blue dyed glass with gold and silver glitter sealed in it, no hint of a "slice of stone". Its fucking sparkling glass.......think I'll stick with a true asian like my latest buy, last pic. next post down are larger pics. Im still learning photoshop again.

Nice work. If the geeks see this they will call you a hater and I am certain JS will be doing damage control if this gets over there.

I had to snap the one piece in half just get a real sense of the substance. also scratched the back of the small piece to see what was under the blue paint. im sure its there to give "depth. you can look close at the edge of the piece I held with my fingers and see the shine of the hard plastic.......lmfao

Can't wait to hear the explanation for this latest kettle of fish..perhaps that sandstone was "bonded at the molecular level."

I would try burning a small piece of it. Sandstone would'nt melt but plastic does.

If you do burn it...do it in a well ventilated area. Perferably a hazmat containment vessel. God only knows what kind of Chinese lead, arsnic, mercury impregnated shit they used.

Bingo! Burn it! That will be the definitive proof.
It sure does not look like rock but I have seen sandstone polished up to the point it looks like plastic too.
Burn it and let us know.

Hater! That's the foreign market sandstone dial that accidently got mixed in with the shopnbc order. The folks who got the "spray can" sandstone will be contacted by the shop and the situation corrected.

You should try to burn it and see what happens so it can't be disputed, and when you do make sure to film it and upload it to YouTube.

Re: SANDSTONE PICS-update, it is thin glass-put a match to it
Hope someone cracks open a Swiss Legend sandstone to see if they use stone from a can as well.

Re: SANDSTONE PICS-update, it is thin glass-put a match to it
Man, you guys are brutal. I thought of burning it already.........at this point I can glue it back together, but would I wear it??? would I sell it?? man, that would be some bad Karma.....I will think about burning..........Lies........I have search the net on several occasions and have NEVER seen this silver and gold flake dark sandstone in rock form. if you have pics of this mysterious stone, please post........I did find other colors but NOT this color................look at the edge of the broken piece again.....rock dont break like that............

Re: SANDSTONE PICS-update, it is thin glass-put a match to it
Good stuff! Now who has the balls to try this on their meteorite dial? I'll admit I don't.
Re: SANDSTONE PICS-update, it is thin glass-put a match to it
still thinking.........let's say I burn it, and it doesnt melt. So that means it's stone? nope. could also be thin glass infused with glitter........but this shit is definately not polished on one side rock.......
Re: SANDSTONE PICS-update, it is thin glass-put a match to it
Maybe it's sandstone ground to dust and reformed with a polymer as a dial? Adding the sparkle would be easy just add some sort of enhancer to the sandstone powder?
Re: SANDSTONE PICS-update, it is thin glass-put a match to it
anything is possible with the Chinese trying to decieve us mokes in America..........bottom line, like "swiss=swissmade, and all the other debacles, THIS IS NOT A SLICE OF SANDSTONE. PERIOD.

It's lab created sandstone, you haterz!
It uses state of the art "flaming fuzion" technology: Only the top 10% Gheyest chinese watchmakers get to give the dial a make-over.
