Special editions are a bit naff, and nobody really gives a fuck about the Olympics any more, and I'm pretty confused because I thought Beijing already did the Olympics a while back. But it's no secret I get pretty aroused by Omegas and fuck me if this isn't the nicest Seamaster I've seen in a while:



I used to like the PO more but then I had a Ti SMP a while back and it was just the most comfortable, versatile and legible watch, really made me respect the basic SMP line. I reckon I'd be pretty happy with this naff confusing oriental tribute watch.

Yeah, it is a bit annoying. I'd probably have to get the angle grinder out on that caseback.

Will the crystal be fogged up too? I doubt it.

I like that Omega... a lot! Really like that (Yachtmaster) style bezel.

Like that watch....... except for the squiggly dial (which I detest) and the colorful markers.

The remaining watch is a decent looking Omega.

Hell, I like it.

Omega has the unique ability to blend sport and dress into the same watch. This piece id evidence of such. I'll probably blow the dust out of my money clip one day and buy one, but not right now.

It's a Seamaster. It'll be quality. Still, I'd prefer a regular 300m; I guess I'm in the minority, but I'm crazy about the design update that took place around four years ago.
