It's that time again! Simply pick the most winners from the schedule, and win a prize! Circle or underline your picks. For the last three games, type in your teams to avoid confusion.

This year, my Timex Marlin and my Merkur mechanical are the prize. Or, I will make a nice donation to the charity of your choice. Both watches are in excellent condition and come with boxes, papers. The Merkur is on a strap but a bracelet is included.

Here are my guesses for the bowl games:
In the Orange Bowl, I have Georgia beating Penn State.

In the Cotton Bowl, I have Texas beating Ohio State.

In the National Championship Bowl, I have Texas beating Georgia.

This year, we have some new bowl games, including the Snoop Dogg Bowl, Scooter's Coffee Bowl, StaffDNA Cure Bowl, Game Above Bowl, Rate Bowl, 66 Ventures Bowl, Go Bowling Military Bowl. Jesse_Recliner's favorite, the Cricket Bowl, is back again to start the Bowl season. My favorite team, Alabama, will play in the Reliaquest Bowl against Michigan. Reliaquest is a cybersecurity company.

It may be prudent to fill out your picks on Friday; some players will decide not to play and risk injury and that will change the betting odds on the games.

mechanical, 38mm wide, 45mm lug to lug. Mine has a black strap and a bracelet. Alberta Time posted a thread about this watch and I was able to purchase it at a very nice price. Great looking watch; wore it to work often but no scratches on it. Then I got my Militado watch and began wearing that instead. So the Merkur needs a new home.


Marlin automatic 40mm. green leather strap. Bought this years ago, barely worn as I was buying and wearing new watches about every week.

As previous winners of the bowl game contest know, there is extra schwag thrown in. I work at Marshall Space Flight Center; if the two contestants in this year's contest have a t-shirt size they care to share...... or there's always the shot glass with a NASA logo on it. or a can of boiled peanuts.

The Marshall Thundering Herd has run off and decided not to play Army. Their coach got fired and pretty much the whole team decided to go join other teams.

So, Louisiana Tech will play Army in the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl. We can scratch this bowl game from the contest if somebody picked Marshall.

I see that Army got crushed in today's Army - Navy game. Ouch. did not see that coming.

I picked Army because they sounded tougher. Guess I was right!
