Those little nicks are par for the course for a watch with so many travel and wrist hours. They add to the story of the watches globetrotting adventure.
Now Conjurer DNA might be a different circumstance and require some attention.

If by “attention” you mean an anti fungal, you are correct. 😂😂

Classy response, and pleased to see it. But, still, I'll go halfers if you want a replacement bezel :-)

The BBB has arrived in Cajun Land, or at least 100 miles north of I-10.

Gonna’ have to cook up a pot of gumbo with it. Picking up a LOT of deer meat from the processor tomorrow so it will be gumbo with Cajun deer sausage.

Initial impressions. After the mess that was the San Martin bronze fleiger, didn’t think I would ever want another bronze watch. Wrong! This Glycine is on another level entirely. Have to admit I am embarrassed that I have postponed buying one for fear the quality wouldn’t be there.

I was way wrong.

I expected that Glycine would be okay, but I was really, very impressed. As I mentioned to Thunder, it leaves a tantalyzing itch.

As well as a lot of green on the wrist!!
My little brain can't even comprehend how deep that is.

Damned fluffy tailed rats. GAG!

My wife's family doesn't use squirrel but they do toss the whole chicken, sans feet/feathers/head, in. A billion bones and chicken fat but OMG, is it delicious.

Youngest daughter's S.O. made us a pot of gumbo when they were here for Xmas. Puts mine to shame.
He literally stirred that pot of gumbo for hours.

Have enjoyed the hell out of the BBB this past week. WAY more fond of this watch than I could have anticipated. Could easily become my only watch if I were to own one. Huge props to Thunder for sharing.

The BBB is packed up and ready to go see IWB, just waiting on address confirmation from him.

Never took the watch off the original blue leather strap, was just too comfortable and looked great.

Invicta may now own Glycine but they have not tainted the brand, not yet anyway.

Last day with the watch was spent sleeping in, then two large cups of Louisiana based Community Coffee while the dogs napped after their meal.

Prepared a small pot of gumbo, small being enough to feed a dozen people, made with chicken, mild Cajun deer sausage and Italian sausage. Served up with a big spoon of potato salad in the bowl, the proper Cajun way.

Then I “saved the dishes” as my wife’s Cajun family calls washing up the dirty dishes.

The BBB saw me through LSU winning the National Championship. Pic of baller Joe Burrow because...

Really have enjoyed this watch, so much so that I am on the lookout for a deal on one. Thanks again to Thunder for letting this great watch make the rounds. Thanks to A-T for the special gift watch he sent along to me.

I miss the food, the architecture, the laid-back attitude, and most of the people in Louisiana, particularly New Orleans. (Especially the food)

Glad to see LSU win the National Championship; look forward to Alabama beating them in 2020.

The bronze bomber looks great! Happy Trails!
