I am in full oxidizing mode...

Post by Rusty » May 17th 2019, 1:26pm

Well, well, well...a Glycine forum? Is this new?

Anyway, I have been wearing my Combat bronzo the past several days and I notice that it is oxidizing nicely so I wanted to document it here. I couldn't find the other thread that showed the progress that several of us have been experiencing with our bronzos.

So it begins. How do you feel about the process. Are you liking it or will you be slathering it with toothpaste and brush it back to its nice, shiny, original look? You'll wonder where patina went when you brush your watch with Pepsodent.

Daughter hated the bronze case when it arrived, I was MEH about it. With the patina it looks better and now she likes it, I am still not sure if I do or not.

Daughter likes this one a lot, I am also partial to it.
