I used to rag on Arch pretty bad in the comments section. To his credit, he never censored comments, no matter how mean or outrageous. Only once did I anger him enough to personally email me to tell me "fuck you". It was a video where he was scarfing down a chicken schnitzel. I advised him to slow down and actually chew his food, instead of shoveling it into his open gaping maw. I think I hit too close to home,

It's kind of hard to tell if Archie's a diabolically clever youtuber (how I hate that term, but here, apt) who is successful in earning a living like acting like a mentally ill asshole, or if he's actually a mentally ill asshole.

He's successful in this way--if you ask any WIS who frequents for various fora who Archie is, they'll know. He's made himself famous in this thing of ours by being famous, if that makes sense. All I can say is, anybody who sends Archie money is a bigger asshole than Archie is.

From what I have read, "Archie Luxury" is the guy's online persona.
And an obnoxious, unwatchable one at that. If you think about how folks took Eddie Phluff to be real, it makes sense. The dim witted public at large is responsible for shit like Luxury.

I would prefer to see the Dirtbox persona with his own YewToob channel. Could make you some big coin!

Yeah, at some point Archie "Hello Fuckers!" Luxury started another channel under his own name (Paul Pluta), and made Archie Luxury more of a "character" that he plays, rather than only a facade to hide behind. Then again, his new channel didn't make much of a change, really- he was and still is the same cretin, with or without swearing like a trooper.

The Dirtbox channel, that could be interesting. Videos with "advice" (which is what a lot of YouTubers do)- something like "Choosing the right basement", "What to do when a plank wog stabs your uncle", "Premium cooking fat unboxing", and so on.

There HAS to be someone in the world who could make an informative video review panning a watch. Instead, we get this sleazy fucking weirdo screaming "It's a shitter!" over and over again.

If dirtbox every moves into YouTube, I'm in for the first "loan".

Make no mistake though, Archie does know his stuff when it comes to the horologic history of most Swiss watches. He does scorn a lot of decent brands, only considering Patek, Rolex, or his fucking "Man on the Moon"!!! worth owning.
