Period specific which is great however I would have preferred a slightly larger size, 38mm.

The nature of the "cushion" case will make these wear like a 38mm round cased watch.It's listed as 36mm from 9-3, and 33 mm (due to the intrusion of the lug cut out) from 12-6.
My Zodiac Sea Dragon is listed as 39mm, but because of the case design it wears like a 43mm watch. Cushion cases are more square than round and are best measured from corner to corner to get a feel for the true size on the wrist.
