This is a killer documentary on the Muscle Shoals influence on music.

Some nondescript small town in Alabama and in reality one persons influence on modern music.

It's long but well worth the time IMHO

It really is an excellent account of the making of a lot of great music. Any music fan should put this one on the list to watch.

The story of Greg and Duane Allman ,and how Duane used a pill bottle as a slide on his guitar was great. Wilson Pickett recording "Hey Jude" on a lunch break with Duane Allman performing a riff which ignited southern rock blew me out of the water. I still can't get enough of that song.
