Citizen Promaster Aqualand Pro Diver - BN2039-59E

I have to admit I like this watch. Tried one on the other day and again last night. Thinking hard about purchasing it especially since it is not a forum darling.

I think I was talkin' in the chat box to conj a few weeks ago, telling him how the elements of the blue/rubber variation usually don't do a thing for me ... but somehow, on this watch, it all just works. A tad busy, not small, but I'd do it (and just might, and since its a Citi, the solar aspect will actually work just fine).

Interestingly, both Citi and Casio are able, for some mysterious reason, to make almost absurdly watches and not make the owners look like shuffling, drooling imbeciles. A while ago, Citi came out with a climbing watch, hugely oversized, with many hands, and a dial that was literally indecipherable, let alone readable at a glance, which is something that might come in handy when you're dangling from a precipice. However, I found it surprisingly alluring, thinking, like arty, that I could rock that.

Such is the power of fine design.
My little brain can't even comprehend how deep that is.
