First night back in my house after a very stressful period of new job, fieldwork, and moving. Been eating a lot of less than nutritious food these last few weeks. Wanted to settle in with something special and healthy. One of the best dishes I've cooked in the last few years, one of those vegetarian meals where the meat is not missed.

Nothin wrong with some vego.

My wife and daughter tend to cook vegetarian stuff, which I love cos then I can do the meaty stuff when I cook and on balance across the week it all looks pretty good for the arteries.

Eggplants are my favorite vegetable. Tofu... hm. It is edible.
We had a total vegetarian Indian dish yesterday, but not vegan (heaven forbid):
Bombay eggs
Ardnut since 1989

In twenty years or so, the German language will be one, massively long compound word.
