Best Fillet Steak Recipe I've Tried
5 recipes, the fillet is at 1:00. The best way to cook it I've tried so far. Simple, quick and superb:

His Steak Diane, the first recipe, is also excellent. I usually do it with mashed potatoes rather than sauteed.
