Just spent four hours in the ER being treated for acute diverticulitis. The only solid food for me for the next three days will be mashed potatoes. Damnit.

The steaks look great. I had dinner only moments ago, I looked at these pics, and there, I'm fucking hungry again. :lol:

One thing keeps escaping me, though... Partly, the sense of chronographs in general. Technically, it's a superlative tool for cooking. And yet, the steaks are on the grill, and the chrono is not actuated, pushers fully screwed down. What's the point of owning a chrono, let alone an iconic chrono, if one doesn't use it in the kitchen (or by the grill)? :scratch:
