Just our everyday (which is to say, our only) Corelle plates, T.

Today was a pretty great day; sunny, around 65 degrees. I was able to get my lawn cut (since my asshole neighbor cut his a few days ago, and I was starting to feel like white trash, my grass was so long) and went out to run some errands with the sunroof of my jaunty Hyundai open.

Two minutes first side, flip for one minute then throw some butter, salt and pepper on it. Divine!

Went down easier than a cabriole table leg I'm guessing. Got a couple more Wagyu ribeyes in the freezer, but you inspired me to throw some burgers on the Traeger tonight.

Interestingly, I was looking for Wagyu steaks at my Soviet-era-like Safeway today. Alas, they had none, the stupid fucks. Once you go Kobe, you never go back. The only Wagyus I've had are NY strips; Wagyu ribeyes are things more than I can honestly hope for. Please PM me your butcher's name and address, and I'll happily drive a few hours to pick them up.
