That would be one of the watches I wish I never sold - try finding one today - had I not recently eschewed chronographs because I simply never use the complication.
Indeed, I bought this from the above Lord, some seven or eight years ago.
I saw this model first from Kew, I believe, about 13 or 14 years or so ago. He posted it on the old BDWF, in the blue dial. It really put the hook in me, and since then I've seen, perhaps, three other folks who owned one, Orient came out with this one in 2007, and sold it for only one year. The production must have been extremely low, since they got the 6S37 chrono movement from Seiko. Since the distribution of this watch was so limited, I suppose it must have been a JDM only release, only to higher end Japanese retailers. It was a true grail, and I suppose I might be the only person (on forums, anyway) who acquired one in North America (or perhaps in the Western Hemisphere.) The only other ones I've seen on the forums are one in Australia (Kew), one in Israel (the person who posts the Orient Place blog), and in Russia.
I would like to inform the previous owner that I still have the original bracelet in mummy wrap, and have changed it over to a Dimodell Rayalle strap. It is still running about seven seconds fast a day, and since I'm unlikely to ever get a Royal Orient, it will reside in my collection as long as I live.
