A touch of rain here this morning to go with the absolute best cup of coffee in the history of beans. Rain? Who cares - I’m leaving for Las Vegas to meet my Dr. Daughter for the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
I’m pretty damn excited as the last time I saw an F1 car on US soil it was back when Nikki Lauda won at Long Beach - and I could barely see above all the crotches.

This will be better.

It seems like there is lots to do in this town.

A gentle man bestowed peace and that bracelet of peace beads upon me, so that was nice. He didn’t even ask me to please fuck off. Though he did ask for a ten spot.

Holy crap - this town is awesome!

Our seats were upgraded - they are feeding us and we are across from the pits right between the first and last turns on the start finish line and near the podium!

The race doesn’t start until 10:00pm PST Saturday the 23rd - but it’s a frickin’ PARTY!!
