The planet has a pretty bad fever that I hope breaks soon - though probably not until the end of this week.

But today is going to be SO brutal that I’m scurrying around exclusively inside today- tinkering with the ‘light box’ until there is enough shade outside to go swimming without catching on fire on the way out to the pool…. Probably around 3:00? Assuming all the water doesn’t boil away…

It’s not all bad, though - by midnight tonight everything will have finally cooled down to… wait. NINETY-FOUR!? Is that right? Really? What the FUCK, people!!!?

Oops. Okay, yeah - it’s all bad.

I’m hiding out.

I think most jewelry is captured better with a DSLR but for a little crap tent-and-phone the images aren’t terrible…

Really - only the dog has an agenda for today - but I will say, it’s a pretty damn good plan:

Way too f'ing hot. I hate the heat. I look forward to drizzle, sweat pants, and outdoor fires.

Nice watch, car, and hound.

Been wearing the Glycine Combat all weekend.

I have no idea what model or how old the thing is. It's a Combat and below Combat it says AUTOMATIC and below that it says 50M so it's not a SUB and it doesn't have a bezel on it and it's got a date function complication and it is not a Combat 6. Google ain't no help.

I would take a picture of it but I just got this new phone and I don't know how to use it yet. I did figure out how to turn it on; then later I figured how to turn it off. But that's about it. It's a tiny smartphone called Jelly2 by Unihertz. yea, some unknown Chinese phone that is smaller than my 3G flip phone.

"Smaller", you say? Didn't think cell phones were allowed to be smaller than a brick tile; which means we're full circle back to when cellphones were called bricks.

Speaking of bricks, did anyone catch that Oregon football game? :dssd:

Oregon State has a good football team and excellent academics. Also sea, sun, and space grants.
