Thanks Thunder! Indeed… we are so damn proud of her - and feel like we were vindicated for not murdering her when it seemed like that was the only logical choice.
My mom did wish TWO children upon me who were “just like {you}!” which later seemed like a curse for sure.
But now that she has grown into a sharp & independent young lady forging ahead with her chosen career in teaching… this is a great time for me to be a Monday Morning Quarterback: “Oh Honey - I always knew she’d find her way and she’d be fine…”
