If any of you are getting the email to pre order. Ball watches, BEWARE, I have five of 5,and when given the chance to get there new bronze Engineer, with serial number one, and my name engraved on it, I jumped on it. I ordered it in January for delivery in March, I got notifications that it would be late ,a couple of weeks, which turned out to be July 29th, and it was broken, the hour hand just spins and needs fixing, I have written to them every day since to find out what they were going to do about it, send me a label, anything. So far every person who responded to my questions immediately, suddenly won't return my messages. I still love the brand, but DON'T under any circumstances pay them in full, or at least use AMEX so you can pull the payment back until they contact you. I'm very unhappy with their customer service. So be warned.
