A new addition to the Hammy Herd for moi..took advantage of Ashford's cyber week sales & after a 10% discount, picked up this baby for $800.00 plus tax..

It's the Khaki Field Chrono...42mm brushed & polished SS case...the H-21 movement is a modified Valjoux 7750..the power reserve is upped to 60 hrs and is supposedly a little more accurate..this is achieved by both improving the mainspring & 'glittering' the spiral(whatever that means!!)..

While this baby suits my taste in casual wrist wear to a 'T ', I will note that I think it's something of a slow seller for the brand..I think some folks might take issue w/..1)the larger size number 9 indici on the dial, 2)the lack of AR coating on the crystal, 3)a lack of a separate 'seconds' counter, and finally, 4)the rather weak lume..

I had been holding out for the Intra-Matic 'Panda' chrono, but I still haven't become aware of an appreciable price drop for them on the grey market yet...still, this baby will find room in the rotation, I'm sure..

That is the bee's knees!!!...very sweet.. @!<$
Thanks, man. one of my 3 or 4 favorites. I initially set out to find a 2500 when SWATCH started tightening up parts but they got pretty much scarfed up by the time I got off of my ass. I came across these on the front page at JOMA for too good of a price to pass on. Got the original Maurice LaCroix Master Chrono for dirt cheap there, too.

Is that an LDA 14 45 or is it a single action either one they’re great Pistols
Thanks and I totally agree.
Single action P14-45 (Canadian mfg) before they moved to the US under the name Para-USA.

This one was massaged/tuned by Terry Tussey (https://www.tusseycustom.com) and hard-chromed.
