Wednesday! The "Glorious 12th"

Post by franklin » August 12th 2020, 12:11am

Swiss watches may be in the minority in my small collection, but I particularly like two (the Moser and . . . .)

Captain Moon Phase
40mm Steel
Zenith calibre 691 automatic.

Image
Audemars Piguet, Benzinger, Dornblüth, Glashütte Original (x3), Meistersinger, Moritz Grossmann (x3), Moser, Nomos, Rolex, Stowa, Zenith.

Ebels are a lot like women that lack a low cut dress that zips up the side...neither get the love that they deserve...

Ah, the glorious 12th. Might as well fill the shooting brake with petrol and oil up the Purdey....
Absolutely, old boy!
But, I am sure you have a matched pair of Purdeys so that “your man” can reload whilst you continue to shoot.

And, for Dotorre Smells: an advertisement that - if I might be a complete dick in an absolutely smug way for just a moment - only he and I truly appreciate... :dev:

Ha. I have that watch, and that same Silver Shadow grill on the wall of my home office.

Well done.
